It also stipulates that the amendments made by sections 2 and 7 of the Fisheries Amendment Act 2007 in respect of the definitions for “commercial fishing vessel licence” and “recreational fishing licence” shall have no legal effect and any reference to the said definitions shall be read as a reference to a “licence” issued by the Minister.
