Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Regulation establishes that for the purpose of this regulation, the minister shall issue to persons who transport fish in the province the loadslip form that is set out in the Schedule. No person shall acquire or possess fish transported in contravention of this regulation. The text consists of 5 sections and 1 Schedule.
