Abstract

According to thse regulations, a licence granted by the Minister responsible for fishing and aquaculture is compulsory to keep a fish packaging or processing establishment. In addition, no premises shall be used as a fish packing or processing establishment unless such premises have been licensed for that use. The Minister shall grant the licences hereby envisaged only if the hygienic and safety requirements prescribed by these regulations are met by the applicant. Fish, whether fresh or frozen,
