Abstract

The present Regulations enact the Fish Inspection Act. The Regulations lay down provisions relating to the penalties inflicted for offences in retail fish establishments. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedules listing in details the offences, such as, for example, failure to display copy of licence, failure to mark carton or label as required, failure to mark fish as per requirements, failure to adhere to requirements for the marketing of bivalve molluscs, etc.
