Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Fish Inspection Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 61 sections divided into 7 Parts as follows: General (I); Labelling (II); Code markings (III); Canned fish (IV); Fresh or frozen fish (V); Pickled, Spiced and Marinated Fish (VI); Salted fish (VII). Six Schedules are enclosed.
