Abstract

The Regulations implement Council Directive 91/67/EC concerning animal health conditions governing the placing on the market of aquaculture animals and products. The 21 regulations are divided into 5 Parts: Introductory (I); General (II); Movement within the European Economic Community (III); Disease and Powers (IV); Offences and Penalties (V). (7 Schedules)
