Abstract

This Chapter of Division 6 of the Fish and Game Code of California provides rules for the construction of waterworks in rivers and streams frequented by fish. It shall be unlawful to wilfully destroy, injure or obstruct any fishway. The Chapter also concerns fish passages, screens to protect fish from entering conduits, and restriction on the diversion of water for the protection of fishlife.
