Abstract

This Chapter of Division 9 of the Fish and Game Code of California concerns measures of enforcement and legal procedures for purposes of the Fish and Game Code. It concerns, among other things, suspension or revocation of licences, forfeiture of commercial fishing licenses, regulations and procedures governing the revocation or suspension of hunting or sport fishing privileges, appeals to the Fish and Game Commission, proceeds of procedures to be paid into the Fish and Game Preservation Fund.
