It provides with respect to, among other things, licensing of persons who process, package o store fishery products and licensing of fish processing establishments, factory vessels or fishing vessels. “Fishery product” means any cold blooded aquatic animal, or any part or product derived therefrom, intended for food for human consumption, and includes any fish, crustacean, mollusc, echinoderm, holothurian, or aquatic reptile.
