It, among other things: designates the Health Protection Board established by section 3 of the Public Health Ordinance, Cap. 49, to be the Regulatory Authority for the purposes of this Ordinance; sets out licensing requirements with respect to fishery products; and appoints authorized officers for purposes of inspection. The Authority shall by notice in the Gazette designate fish landing sites which meet the requirements prescribed by Regulation.
