Abstract

Section 2 gives various definitions including "fish"" and "fish products". Regulation making powers of the Government are outlined in section 3. Section 4 provides for the appointment of inspectors and their powers. No person shall sell or export unwholesome fish intended for human consumption (sect. 5). Sections 6 and 7 concern handling of fish and fish product, and operation of fish processing and packing plants and establishments. Remaining provisions specify penalties.
