Abstract

An Ordinance by the Federal Minister for Agriculture and Forestry to regulate the discharge of waste water into public waters; in particular, waste water containing polluting substances must be monitored and amounts curtailed. Articles 2 and 3 contain general principles for the treatment of industrial sewage. The treatment of particularly dangerous waste water is treated in article 4. Finally, the Ordinance deals with the Water Board as supervising authority. The Ordinance consists of 5 articles and 5 Annexes.
