Abstract The present Regulations enact subsection 25(3) of the First Nations Land Management Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the establishment of a Land Registry for first nations. Section 2 establishes that the Register shall be maintained in an office located in the National Capital Region to be known as the First Nations Land Registry.
