For the purpose of the present Regulations “assessable property” means reserve land, an interest in reserve lands or a right to occupy, possess or use reserve lands, that is subject to assessment under a property assessment law. Inspections of such properties shall be carried out in accordance with procedures prescribed in sections 3 to 7 of the present Regulations. The text consists of 8 sections.
