Abstract

The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Forest Act. The Regulation lays down provisions relating to tenures hold by first nations. In particular, section 4 contains the definition of “replaceable forest licence”. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Representative - direct award of community forest agreement (2); Representative - first nations woodland licence (3); Representative - replaceable forest licence (4); Change to area of first nations woodland licence (5).
