Abstract

This regulation implements the Queensland Fire and Rescue Service Act 1990. It sets requirements for request of prohibition notices and for permits to light a fire (Part 2) and it regulates the funding of urban fire brigades (Part 3). The regulation is completed by five schedules, on classes of urban districts, on annual contribution of owners of prescribed properties, on local governments areas for component local governments to which 5 declared period apply, on local governments areas for component local governments to which 3 declared period apply and a dictionary.
