Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Baden-Württemberg Fees Law of 14 December 2004. The Annex of the present Ordinance lists fees for services carried out by competent authorities on behalf of the Ministry of the Environment. These services include, inter alia, waste management, protection against radiation, hazardous substances, environmental impact assessment and protection of the soil. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
