AnAct to provide for the appointment of a Registrar of Fertilizers, Farm Feeds, Agricultural Remedies and Stock Remedies; for the registration of fertilizers, farm feeds, agricultural remedies and stock remedies; to regulate or prohibit the importation, sale, acquisition, disposal or use of fertilizers, farm feeds, agricultural remedies and stock remedies; to provide for the designation of technical advisers and analysts; and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

Abstract

This Act makes provision for the control on the trade in and placing on the market and use of fertilizers, pesticides and biological control agents for use in agriculture, products for the feeding of domestic animals or livestock and substances used for the maintenance or improvement of health of domestic animals, livestock, poultry, birds, wild animals or fish.
