Matters dealt with by these Regulations include: application for registration and (conditions for) registration of a remedy with the registering officer; import of experimental remedy; approval of brands for registration by the registering officer; labelling of containers for remedies and requirements for containers; safety precautions to be taken by a user of remedies; sampling, inspection and analysis of remedies by inspectors; power of the Minister to restrict or prohibit the use of a remedy.
