The main objectives of the corporation include: improve the economic status of the farmers and stockbreeders; increase the agricultural and livestock products; improve and increase agriculture in the whole country; purchase, import and supply fertilizer, and agricultural equipment and machineries; control the usage of the fertilizer in the agriculture. The initial asset of the corporation is 150,000,000,000 Afghani. The activities of the corporation will be monitored by the Ministry of Labor and the financial affairs of the corporation will be observed by the Ministry of Finance.
