Abstract

These Regulations provide for applications for prescribes that plants used for registration of sterilizing of animal products in accordance with section 4 of the Fertilizers, Farm Feeds and Remedies Act. Registration and appeals to be filed with the Minister against decisions of the registering officer in respect of registration, provide the form of application for registration in Schedule 1. The registering officer shall issue a certificate of registration to the applicant upon registration. Substances of animal origin, after being sterilized, shall not be sold in possibly contaminated containers. Methods of sterilization are specified in Schedule 2. (4 regulations and 2 Schedules)
