Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Liquor Control Act. In particular, the Regulations provides for the licensing of fermenting on premises. Section 3 deals with application procedure and section 4 specifies that a ferment-on-premises license expires 3 years from the date it is issued or renewed. The text consists of 31 sections.
