Abstract

Regulations to provide for felling of trees on private land made under section 23 of the Forest Act. A permit to fell any tree on private land shall be in the Form as set out in part B of the First Schedule to these Regulations. A permit for clearfell, i.e. felling of all trees over ten centimetres in diameter at a height of 1.3. metres on private lands shall be in the form as set out in the Second Schedule of these Regulations.
