Abstract

The present Regulation is made under the Meat Inspection Act (RSA 2000, c. M-9). The Regulation lays down provisions relating to fees payable on the issue of a licence under section 11 of the Meat Inspection Regulation (Alta. Reg. 42/2003) and fees payable to the operator of an abattoir for an inspection required under section 4 or 5 of the above-mentioned Act. The text consists of 2 sections.
