The present Ordinance enters into force on 1 January 2012.
Abstract

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 17 June 2011. In particular, the Ordinance lays down the amount of fees to be paid for the access to and use of geo-data information. The text consists of 11 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Access to geo-data (II); Official survey (III); Final provisions (IV).
