Abstract The present Act enacts the Clean Water Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to water charges to be paid by industrial polluters. The Regulation applies to persons or bodies holding an approval to operate a source of contaminants. Section 7 lists the amount of fees to be paid by polluters. The text consists of 12 sections.
