Section 12 establishes that the Minister may consider appropriate, approve projects for research and development activities aimed at increasing the profitability of feeder associations and their members, including without limitation projects for developing or testing procedures respecting: a) the feeding of livestock, b) the transportation, processing or marketing of livestock or livestock products, c) the storage of livestock products, or d) the giving of advances.
