The Office of Environment and Emergency Management shall coordinate the implementation of the Climate Change Policy and gather, make publicly available, and keep the required plans and policies from the departments and agencies. It shall also advise the President and represent the Executive on any public hearing called by Congress on the progress of implementation of the Policy. Every year the President of Micronesia shall submit a report to Congress on the progress of the implementation of the Policy, and recommend additional legislation where applicable and necessary.
