I p. 2170). Part 1 deals with details of application procedures which must be addressed to the Federal Office of Plant Varieties. Thereafter the Ordinance deals with issues such as the admission of varieties which have already been admitted in another member country, fees for examination of a variety, fees for registering. The Ordinance consists of 17 articles divided into 4 Parts and 1 Annex laying down the above-mentioned fees.
