Abstract

Section 2 of the above-mentioned Act establishes that the Governor in Council may authorize the Attorney General to enter into an agreement with: a) the Government of Canada or an agency thereof; and b) the government of any other province or an agency thereof, or any company which operates a plant for the production, transmission, delivery or furnishing of electric power and energy, or any combination of such parties, respecting the financing, construction, administration and operation of thermal plants and transmission facilities for the generating, furnishing and transmission of electric power and energy.
