Abstract

The present Federal Law determines the bases for legal regulation in the sphere of ensuring plant quarantine on the territory of the Russian Federation and is aimed at the protection of rights and legal interests of natural and legal persons. The document consists of IV Secs. that contain 20 Arts. Section I (arts. 1-5) lays down general provisions. Section II (Arts. 6-14) regards ensuring plant quarantine. Section III (Arts. 15-19) regards state plant quarantine service. Section IV (art. 20) lays down final provisions.
