Abstract The present Law establishes guaranteed financing of processes carried out at especially radioactively dangerous and nuclear dangerous works and objects for the purpose of ensuring safe and sustainable functioning of the aforesaid works and objects. Especially radioactively dangerous and nuclear dangerous works and objects are organizations irrespectively of the form of property and military units engaged in production, maintenance, storage, transportation, utilization of nuclear weapons, components of nuclear weapons, radioactively dangerous materials and commodities. The Government of the Russian federation elaborates and validates the list of especially dangerous objects. Financing of the activity of especially dangerous objects is carried out on the principles of guarantee, sufficiency, and timeliness of allocations from the Federal budget ensuring safe and sustainable functioning of the aforementioned objects.
