Abstract The present Law determines principles of state policy aimed at the establishment of legal bases for common tourist market in the Russian federation and regulates relations, originating in the process of realization of the rights of citizens of the Russian Federation, foreign citizens and stateless persons for recreation, freedom of movement and other rights related to travelling, and determines the modalities of rational use of tourist resources of the Russian Federation.
