Abstract This Law consisting of 34 articles aims at protecting the environment implementing an integrated system to organize waste management and unify the tools for a correct elimination through the use of the best available practices and techniques. The Law covers all phases related to the waste, from production to sorting, from transport to storage, from recycling to treatment and disposal, with the exclusion of radioactive waste.
