Abstract Section 8 of the Article 13 of the Federal Law No. 61-FZ “On circulation of medicines” shall be amended to add the following wording: “State registration of medicines intended for use in conditions of warfare, emergencies, prevention of emergency situations, prevention and treatment of diseases dangerous to others, diseases and lesions resulting from exposure to adverse chemical, biological, radiation factors, and which are developed, inter alia, by order of federal executive bodies authorized in the field of national defense and state security, shall be performed in accordance with the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation”.
