Entry into force notes

This Federal Law enters into force on the date of its official publication.

Abstract

Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transportation of ethyl alcohol and unbottled spirituous liquors with ethyl alcohol contents over 25 percent shall be subject to licensing beginning from 1 January 2013”.
