Abstract The present Federal Law establishes the particulars of state regulation in the sphere of elaboration and realization of special ecological programs of rehabilitation of soil subject to radioactive contamination. Article 3 determines the main targets and contents of special ecological programs. Article 4 regards financing of special ecological programs. Article 5 regards ensuring ecological safety. Article 6 regards control over the observance of the provisions of the present Federal Law. Article 7 establishes liability for the infringement of the present Federal Law. Article 8 establishes the modalities of entry into force of the present Federal Law.
