Abstract Article 6.33 shall be supplemented with item 3 of the following wording: “"3 Sale of counterfeit, falsified, substandard or unregistered medicines or counterfeit biologically active additives, or sale of counterfeit, falsified or substandard medical devices performed with the use of mass media or information and telecommunication networks, including the Internet, if these acts do not contain a criminal offence - shall be subject to an administrative fine from seventy five thousand to two hundred thousand roubles for natural persons; from one hundred fifty thousand to six hundred thousand roubles for officials; from one hundred fifty thousand to six hundred thousand roubles for individual entrepreneurs; from one hundred fifty thousand to six hundred thousand roubles or administrative suspension of operations for up to ninety days; from two million to six million roubles for legal entities or administrative suspension of operations for up to ninety days".
