Abstract This Federal Law sets forth grounds for state regulation of internal trade. It shall be applicable either to retail or to wholesale trade and, in particular, to trade of foodstuffs including infant food, food for special dietary uses, bottled mineral water, liquors, beverages and food additives. State regulation of trade shall be carried out by means of: (a) requirements for trade organization; (b) antimonopoly regulation; (c) access to information on trade; and (d) state and municipal supervision.
