Abstract The Federal Law consists of 9 Sections that contain 22 articles. The present Federal Law determines the principles of state policy and regulates relations in the sphere of study, use, development and protection of natural curative resources, medicinal and sanitary localities and health resorts on the territory of the Russian Federation. The present Federal Law establishes the particulars of the use of natural curative resources, specifies regulation in the sphere of spa treatment and recreational use of curative resources, sanitary (mountain sanitary) resources, protection thereof, sets forth the modalities of dispute settlement and establishes liability for the infringement of the present Federal Law.
