This Federal Law enters into force on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Federal Law regulates relations originating from state cadastre valuation of the territory of the Russian Federation. The state cadastre valuation is conducted on the basis of the principles of the uniformity of the methodology for determining cadastral value, the continuity of the updating of the information necessary for determining the cadastral value, independence and openness of state cadastral valuation procedures at each stage of their implementation, economic feasibility and verifiability of re-assessment of cadastral value. State cadaster valuation shall be performed by decision of the regional state executive body. The state cadastre valuation includes the following procedures: (a) decision-making on conducting a state cadastre valuation; (b) determining the cadastral value and drawing up a report on the results of the state cadastral valuation; (c) approval of the results of determining the cadastral value. To determine the cadastral value, shall be performed preparatory work, including the collection and processing of information necessary for determining the cadastral value.
