Abstract The scope of this Federal law shall be to ensure interaction between federal state bodies, regional executive bodies and local government with a view to ensure the development of free seaport of Vladivostok. The period of operation of free seaport of Vladivostok shall be 70 years, and it can be extended by a federal law. Supervisory Council shall be set up for the governance of free seaport of Vladivostok. The Government of the Russian Federation shall have the authority to set forth particular regulation of aquaculture (fishfarming), mariculture, industrial and other fisheries, fishery management and conservation provisions within the territory of free seaport of Vladivostok.
