Abstract This Law concerns animal welfare and the protection of the animals against any harm. The owners of animals or caregivers shall take into account the types of animals, the growth degree, the adaptability to the environment and the animals’ needs according to the scientific experience and knowledge. The owners of animals or caregivers are not allowed to release any animal under their care without informing the competent authority. The authorized persons have the right to enter to any facilities for the inspection, to examine the animals, and to mark the animals for identification purposes.
