Abstract This Federal Law establishes the following goals of state regulation of tourism: (a) environmental protection; and (b) rational management of the objects of environmental and cultural heritage. Tourism shall be subject to certification and licensing (art. 5). Tourists shall be granted access to reliable information on nature monuments, protected areas, objects of cultural heritage and state of environment (art. 6). Tourist shall have the duty to: (a) conserve natural environment; and (b) treat with due care nature monuments and objects of cultural heritage (art. 7).
