This Law enters into force 6 months after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Law is composed of 40 articles and regulates the import and export of endangered species. Article 1 gives terms and definitions. Competencies and duties of the Management Authority and of the Scientific Authority are set out in articles 4 and 5. Requirements and conditions for the issuance of import and export licences or certificates by the Management Authority are defined in article 7. Article 8 deals with conditions and requirements for the revocation or modification of import and export
