Abstract

The present Act repeals, inter alia, the Federal Act on the fight against infectious bovine rhinotracheitis and infectious pustular vulvovaginitis of 12 December 1989 (BGBl. No. 636/1989) and the Brucellosis Act of 26 June 1957 (BGBl. No. 147/1957). The text consists of 4 articles as follows: Repeal of current legislation (1); Transitional provisions (2 and 3); Enforcement (4).
