Abstract

These Regulations, made under the Fauna Conservation Proclamation, provide rules for the hunting by members of the Batawana Tribe. The Regulations require a hunting licence for hunting of protected game or tribal game, i.e. animals specified in the Second Schedule of these Regulations. The Regulations also provide for the appointment of Licensing Officers and allow for destruction of a dangerous or harmful animal without a licence.
