Abstract

These Regulations, made under section 11 of the Farmers’ Stop-Order Act, require a payee of a stop-order to apply to the registration officer for registration of such order in accordance with these Regulations. The order shall be endorsed by the registration officer in the form as set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. Any transferee of a valid stop-order may apply to the registration officer to have his or her name entered on the register as the payee thereof. Notification of the satisfaction or cancellation of a registered stop-order shall be sent to the registration officer on Form F in the Schedule.
