These Regulations provide for in detail for matters affecting such organizations such as rights and duties of members, maintenance of various registers, functions and powers of the General Body and the Management Committee, establishment of standing committees, and powers and duties of officials of the Organization. Members shall have the right to receive an equitable share of water as per distribution criteria (not specified).
