In particular, section 2 establishes that except as otherwise provided, the Act applies to: a) all sales of new farm machinery or farm equipment by dealers in Manitoba to purchasers; and b) all leases and lease-purchases of new farm machinery or farm equipment by purchasers from dealers in Manitoba.
